新南威爾士大學可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境碩士項目致力于強化學生在可持續(xù)發(fā)展、房屋規(guī)劃、設計、建造與管理、城鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境方面的知識與技能，培養(yǎng)學生對建筑環(huán)境領域的思考、分析與決策能力，使學生具備將全球化的視野運用于區(qū)域?qū)嵺`的能力。新南威爾士大學可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境碩士項目將城市與區(qū)域房屋建筑的可持續(xù)性與互聯(lián)性作為重點研究對象，同時培養(yǎng)學生在能源與環(huán)境建模、評估工具、生命周期評估、可持續(xù)規(guī)劃與設計、三重底線的能力，強化學生對房屋可居住性和城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃的認識。

課程簡介及入學要求
專業(yè)：Master of Sustainable Built Environment 可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境碩士
課程長度：1.7 years FT
開學時間：Term 1 & 3 也就是2月和9月
學費：37,440澳幣/year, 58740澳幣 in total.
入學要求：A minimum four year Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution in a relevant field such as the Built Environment disciplines or related areas such as environmental science or engineering is required for admission to the Masters Program. All applicants must have achieved a minimum of a credit average (equivalent to a WAM of 65 or above) in their Bachelor degree. 四年制學士學位，相關專業(yè)背景，本科均分WAM 65以上。
Where an applicant does not hold a four year Bachelor degree in one of the identified cognate disciplines, admission may be permitted in the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma with the possibility of progressing to the Masters Program subject to an average of Credit or better performance (a minimum WAM of 65) across the completed courses. Local and International students are eligible to apply. The program is particularly suited to professionals wanting to up skill after being in the field for several years. 其他專業(yè)有學士學位的學生可以通過GC或GD課程進入碩士課程，只要她們均分達到了WAM 65以上。要注意的是新南自己的GC課程只接受domestic的學生。

12個學分的capstone課程+24個學分的Core Courses
跨專業(yè)的選修課 24個學分
12個學分，可持續(xù)建筑環(huán)境選修課。
該項目的畢業(yè)生可以申請認證成為Green Star Accredited Professional, Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional以及Environmental Auditor certification.
