移民評估要求：
1. 證書要求：
申請人必須滿足以下一個或者更多條件（留學(xué)生一般考慮第一個條件，該評估不要求工作經(jīng)驗）：
1）完成認證的課程；或
2）持有APC實質(zhì)性等價證書（完成APC等價資質(zhì)評估之后頒發(fā)）；或
